I bought a new racquet from here, and I kind of regret not looking sooner. The price was better than most of the other shops I checked, and the delivery was smooth enough. Nothing fancy, just decent gear at a good price, and it felt like I got solid value for the money.

My racket showed up packed super well, like there was basically zero chance anything was getting damaged. The box had a small dent on it, but the racket inside was completely fine and padded really securely. I’m totally happy with how it was packed.

For me, I’d probably only place a smaller order first and see how it goes before spending more.
